Yes. It's really hard to believe...but we are staring a new year.

A long human tradition has been to face each new year with some degree of reflection and determination. Reflection on what went well and what did not...and determination to reboot with helpful resolve. It is a tradition that goes back, in various forms, to ancient human cultures. But what is Christian about the idea of a New Year's resolution? 

This Sunday we will look at the idea and visit a text where personal resolve is encouraged of believers. Join us this Sunday. What better way to begin the new year than in worship together?
